Job DescriptionPerformance Marketing Manager - Luxury FashionLondon (Hybrid - 3 days office based)£50,000 - £65,000An exciting opportunity to join a Luxury Fashion brand in London.We are excited to be working with a beautiful & unique Luxury Fashion brand in London to help them find a talented Performance Marketing Manager! The brand is on a mission to deliver comfort, creativity and celebration, with their products designed in their vibrant London studio. They sell their products through their own website and established retailers such as Selfridges & Net-a-Porter.This is a newly created role on the team, which will report directly into the CEO & Co-Founder. It's a fantastic role for someone who wants to come in and make their stamp on a small but mighty team!You must have hands on Paid Social experience for this role as they will be potentially taking the channel in-house!The Role:Digital Strategy - Own & drive their digital strategy across performance marketing channels to drive customer acquisition and growth in the UK & US.Paid Social - Run their Paid Social campaigns in-house, specifically on Meta but also test new platforms.Agency Management - Work closely with and manage their external paid media agency across PPC & Affiliates, challenging them and managing a sizeable budget.Test & Learn Approach - Oversee performance marketing channel activity ensuring all channels meet ROAS and CAC targets.Reporting & Analysis - Analyse and report on KPIs weekly, identify opportunities to drive growth and make recommendations.Collaboration - work closely with their creative team to develop clear briefs for ad campaigns.The Ideal Candidate:+4 years experience working in performance marketingWorked for a start-up/scale-up D2C brand, ideally Luxury, Fashion or RetailAgency management experience or has worked agency side themselvesBudget management experienceHands on in Paid Social and ability to create campaigns on Meta - essentialExperience working with a higher price pointStrong Performance Marketing knowledge - PPC, Paid Social, SEO & AffiliatesData driven and ability to convert insights into actionsA can do attitudeExperience in SEO, Direct Mail and OOH is a bonus!Benefits:25 days holiday + your birthday offHybrid working (3 days office is essential)Flexible working hoursStaff discount on productsEnhanced Parental LeaveApply now or send your CV directly to #####
