Including complex cases br Provide expert guidance on People policies, employment law, and best practices; develop, review, and update policies to align with legislation; and ensure effective communication and consistent implementation in partnership with managers and stakeholders br Designing, organising and delivering learning/training workshops where relevant in collaboration with the Development & Wellbeing team br Co-ordinate talent needs including embedding succession planning and talent mapping, ensuring we encompass our D&I strategy br Monitor our engagement scores/metrics and support the rollout of engagement activities br Supporting People Projects as required br Who are we looking for? br Strong experience in a similar HR Advisor/People Partner role, preferably in a high growth business environment, CIPD qualification is desirable br A strong awareness and knowledge of Employee Relations and employment law br Excellent time management skills br Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills br Results focussed and constantly aims to deliver within agreed KPIs br An interest and eye for spotting opportunities to improve processes and the initiative to implement change br The ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels of the business br Puts the patient at the heart of everything we do br IT literate with good working knowledge of MS Office suite and HRIS systems br What happens next? br Please click apply and if we think you are a good match, we will be in touch to arrange an interview. br Applicants must prove they have the right to live in the UK. br All successful applicants will be required to undergo a DBS check. br Unsolicited agency applications will be treated as a gift. br #INDLP
