Key Responsibilities

As a People Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor and strategic collaborator, delivering key HR initiatives and supporting managers and senior leaders across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Advising on HR best practices, employment legislation, and people strategies

-Leading initiatives across the employee lifecycle-resourcing, engagement, ER, and more
-Coaching and guiding stakeholders on HR processes and policy application
-Supporting managers with complex performance and employee relations cases
-Analysing people data to drive insights and continuous improvement
-Overseeing recruitment activities and policy development
-Contributing HR expertise to wider business projects

What You'll Bring

Essential:
-Solid experience advising on HR best practice and strategy
-At least two years' experience partnering with leadership teams
-HR project management experience
-Familiarity with HR systems and data analysis
-Strong understanding of employment legislation
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-Analytical, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
