Your Role:
We're looking for a People and HR Coordinator who shares our passion for kids' sports. You'll get to work closely with our leadership team, guiding our HR efforts, improving our recruitment process, and planning fun social events. As the stand-alone HR Coordinator, you'll help cultivate a vibrant and excellent work culture and ensure our staff receives top-notch training and support. Your role will involve recruiting great talent, boosting team engagement, aiding in professional development, and upholding a fantastic workplace environment and culture.
What You'll be doing:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Running the show for hiring by posting jobs, sorting resumes, setting up interviews, doing background checks, and helping new folks settle in.
HR Administration:
Taking care of HR stuff like keeping employee records updated, handling promotions, and making sure we follow employment laws.
Employee Engagement Initiatives:
Planning fun activities and events to keep spirits high and build a great company culture.
Employee Relations:
Helping out with staff questions & queries and keeping the workplace vibe positive.
Performance Management:
Helping with regular monthly meetings, keeping an eye on how everyone's doing, and supporting those who need a bit of a boost.
Training and Development:
Organising training modules and workshops to help everyone brush up their skills and learn new things.
Policy Implementation:
Helping put HR policies in place and making sure they're followed properly.
What We Seek:
We're looking for someone who's comfortable in a lively work setting and has a solid business sense, paired with excellent organisational and communication skills. You'll be in charge of managing projects right from the start through to the finish. It would be great if you have experience in HR management, recruitment, or business administration. We value a forward-thinking mindset that can keep up with our tech-savvy environment.
