We’re looking for a Payroller to join our friendly and fast-paced accountancy practice!?? Location: Ferndown ?? Hours: Full-time  - 8.45am - 5pm ?? Salary: Competitive, based on experience - Circa up to £35,000 per annum About the RoleAs a key member of our payroll team, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes for a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery while providing excellent support and advice to clients on payroll-related matters.Key Responsibilities
Processing weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls
Managing auto-enrolment and pension submissions
Handling HMRC submissions (RTI, FPS, EPS)
Preparing payroll reports and payslips
Resolving payroll queries and liaising with clients
Keeping up to date with payroll legislation and compliance
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a payroll role (ideally within a practice environment)
Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation
Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., BrightPay, Sage, Xero Payroll)
Excellent attention to detail and time management
A proactive, client-focused approach
