Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end payroll processes for several regions, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery — all while working closely with HR, Finance, and external partners.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage the full payroll cycle for assigned regions
Accurately input and validate payment and deduction data
Perform pre- and post-payroll checks to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Liaise with HMRC, pension providers, and statutory bodies
Handle pay period and year-end processes, including statutory submissions
Resolve payroll queries from employees and external agencies
Support payroll reconciliations with Finance
Maintain payroll documentation and process notes
Identify and suggest process improvements
