Payroll Manager – Part Time
(2/3 days) - £45,000pa – Doncaster
We are supporting a fantastic client based in Doncaster looking for a Part Time Payroll Manager to join their team.
This role is based on site across 2/3 days per week. The role does offer some fantastic benefits.
Responsibilities as a Payroll Manager:
* Managing and overseeing end-to-end payroll processing and administration.
* Managing payroll taxes and compliance across the organization.
* Developing and implementing payroll policies and procedures, streamlining payroll processes, and improving efficiency in payroll disbursement.
* Reviewing and verifying payroll data and records.
* Conducting payroll audits and reconciliation to identify discrepancies, rectify errors, and ensure payroll accuracy.
* Providing comprehensive payroll reporting and analysis.
* Ensuring full compliance with labor laws and regulations in all payroll processes, mitigating legal risks and potential liabilities.
* Implementing payroll process improvements and automation, leveraging technology to enhance payroll efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
* Collaborating with various internal stakeholders, including HR and Finance teams, to handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues.
* Staying updated with the latest payroll best practices and regulations.
Requirements:
* Previous Payroll Manager experience with extensive number of years’ experience.
* CIPP qualification – desirable.
* Have hands-on experience in payroll management, handling complex payroll processes, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations
