Tony Alan Recruitment currently has a new and exciting job opportunity for a Payroll & Implementation Manager to join a large and successful international business in the Crawley area on a permanent contract.
Your duties will include:
Managing four payrolls encompassing circa 5,000 employees, with technical details of payroll processing including but not limited to: RTI, Maternity/paternity legislation/SMP/SPP, Absenteeism/SSP, Leavers/redundancies/compromise settlements, Court orders, P11Ds/P60s/P45s, Salary sacrifices etc.
Drive payroll projects whilst also leading the accurate and timely completion of monthly and annual payroll operations in accordance with the tax and regulatory frameworks
Build strong and enduring relationships with stakeholders
Managing the team to ensure that they complete the monthly payrolls, internal financial reporting, system developments, relationships with other teams and employee development
Providing client centric care, delivering a premium service and cascading this to the wider team
