Full-time | Hybrid Working Model

We are looking for a detail-driven Payroll Analyst to join a collaborative Payroll function within a progressive, fast-paced business. This role plays a key part in delivering accurate, timely weekly payrolls and supporting broader payroll and benefits operations.
Reporting into the Payroll Manager, you’ll be a proactive team player, confident with high-volume payroll processing, system reconciliations, and internal stakeholder support.
Key Responsibilities:
Process weekly payroll accurately and in line with internal deadlines
Import, validate, and reconcile data from Time & Attendance systems
Review and resolve discrepancies in pre-payroll reports
Maintain flexible benefits data and resolve queries promptly
Manage and respond to payroll queries via dedicated inboxes
Support monthly payroll runs and year-end reporting (e.g. P60s, FPS, EPS)
Ensure all records are updated and maintained in compliance with GDPR
Liaise with internal teams to ensure benefit adjustments and payroll data are accurate and timely
Continuously improve payroll processes and support system testing when needed
Keep up to date with current payroll legislation and ensure compliance
