Key Responsibilities:

Processing end-to-end monthly payrolls for multiple global jurisdictions
Liaising with third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate submissions
Supporting compliance with local tax and employment legislation
Handling payroll queries and providing clear, professional communication across departments
Assisting with payroll reporting, audits, and system updates

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in payroll processing, ideally in a multi-country or complex environment
Strong attention to detail and an understanding of payroll legislation
Proficiency with payroll systems and Excel
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required
Discretion, professionalism, and a passion for working in a high-end, fast-paced business
