WSR are recruiting for a Payroll Administrator for our Client based in Peterborough
Job Title: Payroll Administrator
Location: Peterborough
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £35k DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday - Hybrid working offered after training period

Payroll Administrator Key Responsibilities:
Ensure payroll runs like clockwork by managing inputs, checks, and regular data feeds
Deliver accurate results that meet key performance indicators and service levels
Stay ahead of the curve with the latest payroll legislation and best practices
Handle payroll-related queries with professionalism and care
Support strategic initiatives and contribute to ongoing process improvements
Payroll Administrator Skills, Qualifications and Attributes:
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with other MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Visio – nice to have)
Experience with payroll or HR systems (SAP Payroll a bonus)
Solid understanding of UK payroll legislation — PAYE, NI, statutory payments, and more
A proactive mindset and a detail-oriented approach
