This role sits within a friendly and knowledgeable team in the Leeds office, where you will play a key part in managing formalities processes and supporting both junior team members and fee-earners. You’ll benefit from regular learning opportunities and be part of a wider initiative to drive best practice across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
\n Managing incoming correspondence and ensuring accurate record updates, including docketing deadlines in the internal IP management system
Handling a range of formalities tasks such as Information Disclosure Statements (IDSs), Powers of Attorney, and declarations requiring inventor signatures, including coordinating any notarisation or legalisation
