Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across multiple sites
Manage and train a team of cleaning staff, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure hygiene and compliance
Schedule and allocate workloads, managing supplies and equipment
Liaise with clients and internal departments to ensure satisfaction
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews for cleaning staff
