KFM Recruitment is looking to hire a Part-Time Payroll Assistant to join our internal team in Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced payroll professional seeking a part-time role with flexibility and a supportive work environment.
The Role:
Working 3 days per week, you will assist in the smooth and accurate processing of payroll for our temporary workforce. Responsibilities include:
⦁ Processing weekly payrolls
⦁ Verifying timesheets and handling adjustments
⦁ Managing holiday pay, deductions, and statutory payments
⦁ Resolving payroll-related queries
⦁ Ensuring all payroll records are kept accurate and up to date
⦁ Liaising with HMRC and maintaining compliance
Requirements:
⦁ Previous payroll experience (ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment)
⦁ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
⦁ Good working knowledge of payroll systems and Excel
⦁ Reliable, organised, and able to manage your own workload
⦁ Friendly and professional communication skills
