Axon Moore are excited to be supporting a client in the Preston area as they look to recruit a Finance Manager on a part time basis over 25 hours per week.Responsibilities include: Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into accounting software
Tracking / reconciling bank account balances
Maintaining a balanced general ledger
Verifying the accuracy of business accounts
Preparing, processing paying employee wages / payroll
Completing VAT returns
Managing employee expense claims
Chasing debtor balances
Paying creditors
Developing monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheets
Assisting with administrative duties and preparing yearly accounts
Helping to develop a KPI and budgeting process
