Part Time Estate Agent Sales Negotiator

Part Time Estate Agent - Ledbury - £12.50 per hour

***YOU MUST HAVE ESTATE AGENCY EXPERIENCE***

My client is a leading, multi branch independent Estate Agency and Lettings who have been established for over 40 years. Due to continued growth within Sales, they are looking for a Part Time Sales Negotiator to join their team based in Ledbury working 3 - 4 days a week (one day to include Saturdays).

As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for:

• Arranging property viewings
• Negotiating sales
• Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property
• Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
• Registering applicants and ensuring all required documentation is obtained
• Progressing Sales through to completion

Skills Required:

• Experience in Estate Agency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Well presented and well spoken
• Full UK licence and car

Working Hours: 9am - 5:30pm 3 - 4 days a week (including Saturdays)
