A manufacturing client of ours in the Tolleshunt D'arcy area are recruiting a part-time Administrator to join their team within the service department. This is a permanent position working 20 - 25 hours per week, ideally over 5 days paying up to £14.36 per hour (£28,000 per annum pro-rata).
Key Duties for this part-time administrator position will include but are not limited to:
Process customer and supplier orders
Prepare sales files for invoicing
Manage stock levels and conduct stock checks
Supervise shared email inbox
Support diary management and job scheduling
Assist with health & safety, tool registers, and maintenance bookings
Organise training courses and safety certifications
Attend meetings and take minutesSkills and Experience required:
Proven administrative experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
A proactive mindset and attention to detail
Comfortable in a small, team-oriented business environment
