Our client is currently looking for a part time Accounts Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations including processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to supporting the finance function.
Part time up to 28 hours/week.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Processing purchase invoices • Processing monthly payments • Inputting delivery notes onto the transport system• Processing customer receipts • Scanning and filing invoices • Raising customer invoices • Monitoring the accounts email• Dealing with incoming queries from both customers and suppliers • General office administration
The successful candidate will be a confident and articulate individual with previous experience using Sage 50 accounts.
