Pay Rate: �13.85ph
Location: Merton
Hours: 9am - 5pm alternating shifts Mon - Sun
Start Date: June 9th 2025
Manpower is recruiting on behalf of our national client for candidates to join their Outdoor Maintenance team.
This role involves covering two designated locations twice a day. Responsibilities include general maintenance of the splash pads and the surrounding areas. You will be required to fill the splash pads each morning and inspect the technical systems that ensure safety, functionality, and water conservation at the end of your shift. Additionally, you will maintain the cleanliness of the area by emptying bins, checking the toilets, and performing litter picking duties.
The training offered includes on-the-job training and standard induction for best practice.
This is a 13-week assignment as it is a seasonal position.
To succeed, you will need:

• Experience in a similar Grounds Maintenance role is desirable.
• UK Driving Licence is preferred however not essential.
• Previous experience within a public setting is preferred however not essential.
• To be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn & open to training.
• Safety conscious mindset is key.
