This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their personal injury litigation skills within a supportive and friendly environment, with clear scope for career progression.\n\nThe Role:\n\nAs a PI Portal Paralegal / Fee Earner, you will manage a caseload of RTA claims within the Official Injury Claim (OIC) and MOJ Claims Portal, handling cases from initial instruction through to settlement, including litigation where necessary.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Running a caseload of RTA claims primarily within the OIC and MOJ Claims Portal.\n\n * Managing claims from initial instruction through to settlement, including Part 8 litigation where appropriate.\n\n * Ensuring efficient and effective case management, adhering to court deadlines and compliance procedures.\n\n * Providing excellent client care, keeping clients updated throughout their case.\n\n * Working in a highly supportive environment with scope to progress into a supervisory role.\n\nIdeal Candidate:\n\n * Minimum of 12 months’ experience managing a caseload of RTA OIC/MOJ files.\n\n * Experience with OIC and Part 8 litigation.\n\n * Strong case management and organisational skills.\n\n * Excellent client communication and negotiation abilities.\n\n * Amb...
