Role - Property Litigation Senior Paralegal Location - Manchester We are looking to recruit a Senior Paralegal to join our leading national Property Litigation team, within the specialist residential possession sub-team. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with solid experience in landlord-focused residential possession work to join one of the UK's largest and most highly regarded property litigation practices. Our Property Litigation team has extensive experience across all areas of landlord and tenant litigation and real estate disputes. As a Senior Paralegal, you will provide legal support and advice to private landlord and insurance clients, focusing on the recovery of possession for residential properties let under assured shorthold tenancies, assured tenancies, Rent Act tenancies, and common law tenancies. Managing your own caseload of possession claims from instruction through to conclusion. Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court forms. Supporting with defended actions, including those involving disrepair claims where required. Legal qualification (LPC, Law Degree, or CILEX) preferred, but not essential with sufficient experience. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
