Purpose of Job: As a Painter/Decorator Handyman, you will be an integral part of a small maintenance team, undertaking both preventative and reactive maintenance tasks. Your role is crucial in maintaining the built environment to ensure it meets the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetics.
Principal Accountabilities:
Painting and Decorating:  Perform a variety of painting and decorating tasks, including surface preparation, application of paints, varnishes, and wallpapers to various surfaces.
Tiling:  Carry out tiling tasks, including the preparation of surfaces, cutting tiles to size, and applying adhesives and grouts.
