As we expand into the US market, we’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Paid Media Manager to lead our performance marketing efforts, driving customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth.
Role Overview
As our Paid Media Manager, you will own the end-to-end management of paid advertising across multiple digital channels, including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and programmatic platforms. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid campaigns to maximise return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer lifetime value (LTV).
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention in both the UK and US markets.
· Manage and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging ad platforms to achieve KPIs.
· Own budget allocation and forecasting, ensuring efficient use of ad spend.
