Job Description This social-first, digital agency, are looking for a Paid Media Manager to take charge of their full Paid Media offering across various industries including Travel, Leisure, Hospitality & Luxe.
You’ll be the driving force behind paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Bing, and TikTok — building smart, high-performing strategies that turn client goals into results.
Whether it’s driving leads, boosting bookings, or scaling ecommerce sales, you’ll own the process from start to finish. You’ll be the go-to expert, advising clients, spotting opportunities, and constantly testing new ideas to keep us ahead of the curve.
The Role
Develop and implement results-driven paid strategies across Google Ads, Bing, Meta Ads, and TikTok.
Manage all aspects of paid campaigns — from initial setup, strategy, ad creation to ongoing optimisation, analysis, and reporting.
Monitor campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable insights to improve CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation to maximise effectiveness.
Utilise analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager to track performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
