Job Description:
As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns, with a focus on both Paid Search and Paid Social. Your role is critical to driving client success, and you will have the flexibility to work remotely with onsite visits as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage advertising budgets, bid strategies, and campaign performance to achieve client objectives and ROI.
- Conduct thorough keyword and audience research to identify opportunities and trends.
- Create, test, and optimise ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to maximise campaign performance.
- Perform A/B testing and continually refine campaign strategies based on data analysis.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO, content, and design, to ensure integrated digital marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the digital advertising landscape.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, with a focus on Paid Search and Paid Social.
- Hands-on expertise with advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, and others.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
- Strong creative and analytical skills, with a knack for crafting compelling ad copy and creatives.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and delivering positive ROI.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
- Familiarity with SEO principles is a plus.
- Relevant certifications from advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a bonus.
- A self-starter who can work independently and manage responsibilities in a remote work environment.
