About the Role
As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our Facebook advertising campaigns — from strategy and execution to optimisation and analysis. Your primary focus will be generating high-quality, conversion-ready leads for our internal sales team while ensuring our campaigns reflect and reinforce the strength of the Trade Mastermind brand.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
Design, develop, and implement high-performing Facebook advertising strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct detailed market and audience research to identify and engage target segments effectively.
Define clear KPIs and performance benchmarks for campaign success.
Campaign Development and Execution
Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with the design team to deliver engaging, brand-consistent visual assets.
Set up and manage ad campaigns within Facebook Ads Manager, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
Perform ongoing A/B testing to refine campaign variables such as messaging, creative, and CTAs.
Funnel and Lead Generation Management
Build and manage lead generation funnels, including the design and optimisation of landing pages, lead forms, and automated follow-up sequences.
Ensure seamless user journeys from ad interaction to sales team handover.
Tracking and Performance Analysis
* Implement and manage tracking tools, including Facebook Pixel and conversion events.
* Monitor campaign analytics, provide actionable insights, and generate regular reports to support data-driven decision-making.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate and scale high-performing campaigns.
Continuous Innovation
* Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and digital advertising best practices.
* Test and implement emerging ad formats, optimisation strategies, and audience approaches to enhance effectiveness.
Candidate Requirements
* A minimum of three years’ experience managing Facebook ad campaigns with a focus on lead generation.
* Deep knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign set-up, audience targeting, and performance optimisation.
* Demonstrable track record of driving leads and ROI through paid social strategies.
* Strong analytical mindset with a firm grasp of attribution modelling, tracking tools, and performance metrics.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
* Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team strategy.
* Experience managing landing pages, funnels, and email follow-ups to optimise conversion rates.
* Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline is preferred; Meta certification is advantageous.
