Are you a passionate Registered Nurse (RSCN) with experience in paediatrics and complex care? We are seeking a Paediatric Nurse Manager to join a well-established and fast-growing provider of community-based complex care in the South London. About the Role:
As the Paediatric Nurse Manager, you will provide hands-on clinical support to children and their families, designing bespoke care plans that meet individual needs. You'll also lead, train, and support a team of carers, helping to deliver outstanding, compassionate care within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on creating and implementing tailored care plans for children with complex needs
- Provide direct, face-to-face support for clients and their families
- Deliver essential nursing interventions, including medication management
- Oversee and mentor carers, ensuring high standards of clinical care and skills
- Collaborate with community health professionals, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners
- Maintain clear, empathetic communication with all stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:- Registered Nurse (RSCN) with active NMC PIN and minimum 6 months UK experience
- Proven expertise in tracheostomy care and ventilators (within the last 2 years)
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to develop and inspire care teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Suitable for experienced Band 5 or Band 6 Registered Nurses with team leadership experience
- Full UK driving licence essential
