A premium real estate firm based in the heart of the city is seeking an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to the CEO and small senior management team.

The Role:

Proactive diary and calendar management for CEO and senior executives
Coordination of national travel arrangements, including trains, hotels, and transfers
Scheduling and preparing for meetings, including board packs and agendas
Attending meetings and taking minutes (prior experience not essential)
Providing confidential administrative support to senior stakeholders
Organising business lunches and assisting with company events and social functionsRequirements:

Previous experience in a Personal Assistant or team admin role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional, discreet, and highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
