ELIXIR is a European life sciences infrastructure, bringing together scientists from over 240 research institutes in 21 countries. We enable researchers to access and analyse life science data, to improve the value and impact of life science research on public health, the environment and the economy. ELIXIRs services are extensively used by industry to develop new knowledge and innovations. Capturing and communicating the impact of the ELIXIR research infrastructure on research and society is an important role of ELIXIR.
Your role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Outreach Officer to cover maternity leave for 12 months. You will join the External Relations team at the ELIXIR Hub, the coordination centre of our dynamic, fast-paced, international infrastructure.
The main purpose of this role is to manage, implement and monitor ELIXIRs impact and industry portfolios, supporting outreach to key stakeholders. The role will include working on Horizon Europe projects like ELIXIR-STEERS. You will work closely with staff in ELIXIR Nodes, colleagues in the ELIXIR Hub, and other scientists from within and outside the organisation.
