Salary: £13.75 - £15.00 per hour
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate outdoor education sessions, promoting teamwork, resilience, and self-confidence
Plan and deliver a variety of outdoor activities, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants
Support students in developing practical life skills through outdoor learning
Work closely with teaching staff to integrate outdoor learning with students' broader educational goals
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in leading outdoor activities, either in a school or youth-focused environment (desirable)
A passion for working with young people, particularly those with additional educational needs
Strong communication and organisational skills
A commitment to student well-being

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
