Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant - What Will I Be Doing?
You'll be part of a specialist team providing expert travel solutions outside of standard business hours. Handling urgent bookings, last-minute changes, and complex itineraries, you'll deliver high-touch support to corporate travellers when they need it most. From flights and hotels to rail and reissues - you'll take full ownership and provide fast, accurate, and reassuring service.

Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant - What Experience Do I Need?

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business travel is essential.
  • Strong GDS skills (Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus).
  • Confident managing ticketing, fare construction, and multi-sector itineraries.
  • Able to work independently with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure.

Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant - What Else Do I Need to Know?

Contract: Full-time, 3 on / 3 off shift pattern.

Hours: Contracted for 37.5 hours per week - however, you will typically work around 29 hours per week.

Shift details:

Midweek shifts: 6:00pm - 2:00am

Saturday and Sunday shifts: 9:00am - 7:00pm

Location: Remote (UK-based).

Training: 4-week onboarding programme at the London HQ (travel and accommodation covered if needed).

Annual leave: 25 days per year (pro-rata based on shift pattern).
