Orgvue Analyst

Job Description We are currently supporting a Private Equity backed business undergoing major transformation, including a significant restructure of their operating model. Working closely with HR Systems, People Analytics, and HR Business Partners, this role will play a key part in optimising the use of Orgvue to enable data-driven, impactful organisational decisions.

Key responsibilities:
Act as the in-house super user for Orgvue, providing expertise and guidance to ensure the tool is fully leveraged across the business.
Support organisational design initiatives by analysing and modelling people data through Orgvue.
Partner with HR Systems and People Analytics teams to ensure the integrity and accuracy of people data within Orgvue.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Orgvue, driving continuous improvements in standard reporting and dashboard capabilities for HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders.
Lead the rollout and adoption of Orgvue across the HR function, ensuring colleagues are trained and confident in using the platform effectively.
