Job Description Oracle HCM Cloud Lead – HIRING ASAP
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 Months
Location: 3 days per week in remote, 2 days per week in Reading office
Rate: £478 - £565 per day inside ir35
Summary:
The Integration Cloud development role will work collaboratively with our clients’ HR, IT and SI Partner to enable transformative digital change in how the client: Streamlines core HR business processes to optimise operational efficiencies and reduce administrative overhead.
Optimises workforce planning and scheduling to meet operational needs.
Enhances Talent Management capabilities to align learning pathways with business objectives for improved performance and growth.
Seamlessly integrates Payroll processes with third-party applications, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will join the Oracle HCM Cloud Programme and will be aligned to the Integration Workstream where they will play a pivotal role in driving the integration of Oracle HCM modules with various third-party applications and internal systems. They will be responsible for seamless data flow, optimising processes, and contributing to the overall success of the programme by enabling efficient, scalable, and compliant integrations across the HCM solution landscape.
