Salary:£28k - £32k
Bonus:£6k performance related bonus (OTE £34k - 38k)
Car allowance:£2,400.
Hours per week: 40
Location – Huddersfield, Bradford, Wakefield.
Shift pattern:Working five days out of seven, including evenings. Weekend pattern is one on, one off. Weekdays off are negotiable.

An overview of what are we looking for?As the Regional Operations Manager, we are looking for an experienced manager to manage teams across multiple partner school venues. You will be responsible for all things staffing which would include onsite training/development and day to day team management.
The expectations of the Operations Manager is to have a hands-on, pro-active, and organised approach. This role suits somebody who has a passion for people, and some previous experience of working in a fast-paced sport & leisure environment.
With the majority of our sport & leisure usage held outside of school hours, it is essential for the Regional Manager to work weekday evenings and weekends on a two-week rota with your fellow Regional Managers and Central team.
Key role and Responsibilities
Support management of EDU Recreational Assistants & Operational Supervisors.
Daily traveling between your partner school sites across your region.
Ensuring all brand standards are met across all partner school sites.
Health & safety compliance.
Working closely with our Central Bookings team.
Driving personal and team KPIs to meet company standards.
Full compliance with our digital onsite tablets.
Fully utilise your mystery shopping tool.
Conducting full training, developing and disciplinaries where applicable.
What do we require for the role?
A friendly and confident team player with a positive attitude.
An organised, individual that has the ability to multitask and prioritise a busy workload.
Excellent IT Skills including experience in MS Word and Excel.
The ability to problem solve and think fast.
knowledge of the sport and leisure industry.
Understanding profit & loss accounts and a general understanding of staffing costs.
Full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle.
