This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in streamlining operations, ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
About the Role:
Maintaining and organising the sample library and stockroom, ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
Coordinating global shipments and liaising with international couriers, shippers, and suppliers to ensure timely, secure deliveries.
Overseeing the receipt, preparation, and documentation of samples, including labelling, photography, and customs compliance.
Acting as the go-to contact for all courier logistics, managing bookings, tracking deliveries, and resolving issues with precision and professionalism.
Collaborating with internal teams, designers, and clients to fulfil sample requests, offering clear updates on availability, shipments, and timelines.
