What will you do as an Operations Assistant?
* Processing B2B sales orders and ensuring their on time delivery
* Coordinating with internal teams and liaising with 3PL partners regarding stock updates
* Point of contact for any B2B customer service issues, order updates and shipment issues
* Providing 3PL updates and liaising with logistics partners raising claims where necessary
* Processing any returns and dealing with any DTC order queries from the 3PL warehouse
* Working with the operations and sales team providing admin support where needed
What do you need as an Operations Assistant?
* Previous experience within an operations, supply chain or logistics role desirable
* Excellent communication skills with previous customer service experience
* Must be comfortable working with various systems and proficient in use of Excel
* Organised and able to work within a fast-paced environment
* Keen to get stuck in and willing to learn in a growing consumer goods brand
