As an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Coordinator, you will oversee the day-to-day activities involved in operating and maintaining large-scale solar farms.
This role places you at the heart of the O&M team, where you'll assist the efficient delivery of our on-site services and help maximise asset performance.

Responsibilities:
Manage field technician schedules for efficiency and prioritisation.
Coordinate third-party contractors and ensure quality standards.
Provide administrative support to field technicians (travel, equipment, vans).
Handle technician requests, prioritise, and escalate issues.
Monitor compliance with maintenance schedules (preventative, corrective and reactive).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance and system performance documentation.
Organise and maintain O&M manuals for compliance and accessibility.
Manage a structured filing system for O&M documentation.
