Strong Stakeholder Engagement: Comfortable operating at senior levels and facilitating workshops with authority.
Operating Model Design Experience: Proven ability to lead end-to-end processes in large-scale or complex environments.
Consultative & Innovative Mindset: A knack for proposing new ways of working and challenging the status quo.
Process Optimisation & Automation Assessment: Skilled in identifying automation opportunities across service lines.
Cross-Sector Exposure: A broad industry experience that brings diverse thinking and best practises.

What You'll Do:

As the Operating Model Design Lead, you will take the reins in developing a clear vision, design principles, and success measures that align with our organisational goals. Your responsibilities will include:

Vision & Design Development: Collaborate with business leaders to create a compelling vision and actionable design principles.
Stakeholder Engagement: organise and lead engaging sessions with stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
Capabilities Assessment: Conduct assessments to identify current capabilities and develop future state capability models.
Gap Analysis: Pinpoint critical gaps within the Target Operating Model (TOM) across people, processes, technology, and data.
Model Development: Craft delivery models and organisational structures that support our strategic objectives.
Strong Facilitation & Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable deliverables.Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, organisational Development, or a related field.
Proven experience in organisational development, change management, or a similar role.
A strong understanding of organisational development principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
