Duties
* Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
* Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
* Coordinate office supplies and inventory management to ensure all necessary materials are available.
* Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
* Support the finance department with Invoicing
* Processing Sales Orders
* Maintain an organised workspace and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and enhance overall efficiency.
* A knowledge of Sage will be advantageous
Experience
* Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
* Familiarity with office management software and tools is advantageous.
* Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
