Location: Sheffield with free parking and great transport links

Hours: Full time, permanent

Salary: 30,000pa

We are working with a leading company in Sheffield who are seeking a proactive Office Manager to join their team. This is a permanent role that offers you the chance to make a significant impact in the office.

What You'll Do:
As the Office Manager, you'll be the backbone of operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing day-to-day office operations
Supporting the team with administrative tasks and PA duties
Handling correspondence and maintaining records
Coordinating meetings and managing schedules
Ensuring the office space is organised and welcoming
Utilising your strong Microsoft Office experience to create reports, presentations and type documents

What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should have:

Proven experience in office management or administration
Exceptional PA skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
