Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and document archiving
* Provide photocopying, scanning, and general administrative support
* Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and helpful manner
* Welcome visitors and ensure a positive front-of-house experience
* Keep reception and meeting areas tidy and well presented
* Run errands and assist with day-to-day office tasks as needed
Experience and Skills Requirements:
* Experience in a customer service, reception or administrative role
* Warm, professional manner with strong communication skills
* Organised, detail-oriented and confident managing varied tasks
* Computer literate and comfortable with common office systems
* GCSEs in Maths and English essential
* Degree-level education desirable but not required
