Office Administrator
Concept are currently recruiting for a Administrator to work alongside the Service Delivery Manager to work on a key project throughout 2025. You will be responsible for any day to day needs to keep the project organised and running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Appointment bookings
Maintain schedules
Data entry
Monitor inbox and respond accordingly, dealing with queries and urgent requirements
General Admin support
What are we looking for?
Proficient when using excel / word and teams
Good verbal and written communication skills and thorough attention to detail
Confident and friendly telephone manner
Good organisational skills
The Package
£12.21 per hour
30 hours per week
Office / Remote working
Monday - Friday
Option to go FTC or Umbrella - initial 3 month contract
