Office Administrator

Concept are currently recruiting for a Administrator to work alongside the Service Delivery Manager to work on a key project throughout 2025. You will be responsible for any day to day needs to keep the project organised and running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Appointment bookings 
  • Maintain schedules
  • Data entry
  • Monitor inbox and respond accordingly, dealing with queries and urgent requirements
  • General Admin support


What are we looking for?

  • Proficient when using excel / word and teams
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and thorough attention to detail
  • Confident and friendly telephone manner
  • Good organisational skills 

The Package

  • £12.21 per hour
  • 30 hours per week
  • Office / Remote working
  • Monday - Friday
  • Option to go FTC or Umbrella - initial 3 month contract
