Office Administrator
£25,500 to £28,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours of Work:
Monday to Thursday - 08:00am to 17:00pm
Friday - 08:00am to 14:30pm
30 minute daily lunch break
(We can be flexible on the start/finish times for the right candidate)
About Our Company:
This is an internal permanent vacancy within our office, this is not for one of our Clients.
We are Ancora Recruitment, an independent family owned and run Recruitment Business who has been operating since October 2016.
Our office is located in Avonmouth, BS11, at the top of the A4 Portway, near to the park and ride.
We supply temporary and permanent cover of all categories of drivers to Logistics, Transport, Haulage and Distribution companies throughout South West England, South Wales and beyond.
Role Overview:
Your role will involve but not be limited to the following:
Answering inbound calls from clients and workers
Monitoring emails
Processing weekly timesheets for payroll
Assisting with any pay queries
Capturing and processing holiday requests from workers
Checking, scanning and inputting candidate paperwork & compliance items
Assist with entering bookings
Upkeep of the in-house system of client and candidate records
The ideal candidate will have:
Good mathematical knowledge
A good telephone manner
A quick learner who can work off their own initiative
An understanding of the importance of teamwork and attention to detail
Computer literate (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Your role will be varied and involves a lot of responsibility. If you can work under pressure, prioritise your daily work tasks, talk to a variety of people, and be genuinely interested in the business, then this could be the right role for you.
