Are you a nurturing and experienced early years professional looking for a rewarding part-time role? A fantastic primary school in Whalley Range is opening a brand new nursery setting specifically for 2-year-olds, and they are looking for a qualified Nursery Teaching Assistant to join their team mornings only (until 12:30pm).

🏫 The Role: This is a brilliant opportunity to support the early development of very young children during the most formative part of their day. The setting is located in a purpose-built, well-resourced nursery unit, attached to a thriving and supportive primary school with fantastic facilities.

🔹 Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the learning, play, and development of 2-year-old children

• Providing a warm, safe, and stimulating environment

• Carrying out personal care duties, including changing nappies

• Working closely with the Early Years Lead and wider nursery team to deliver engaging activities

• Helping to maintain records of children's progress and wellbeing

💼 Requirements:

• Relevant Early Years qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 in Childcare/Education)

• Experience working with 2-year-olds in a nursery or early years setting

• A caring, patient, and proactive approach

• Willingness to support with personal care tasks

📆 Start Date: September 2025
📅 Contract: Long-term, part-time mornings (until 12:30pm)
