About the Role:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children aged 0–5 in a warm and nurturing environment. You'll be responsible for planning engaging activities, supporting individual learning needs, and working closely with parents and carers to ensure each child thrives.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
*
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
*
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
*
Observe, plan, and assess children's progress
*
Maintain a clean and well-organised setting
What We’re Looking For:
*
A minimum Level 2 qualification in Childcare (Level 3 preferred)
*
Experience working in an early years setting
*
Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
*
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*
A genuine passion for working with young children
