We are currently looking for a practitioner and Senior Nursery Practitioner for our beautiful nursery preschool which caters for children from 2-5 years.
We are an open plan preschool / forest school with a large outdoor space, who offer ongoing support and training, great opportunities for progression, a generous holiday allowances and a range of other benefits!
Full, part and term time roles available. :)
Main duties and responsibilities of the Nursery practitioner and Senior Nursery Practitioner:
To assist the nursery manager and deputy nursery manager in the day to day running of the setting.
To support the nursery staff and to ensure that they comply at all times with all policies, procedures and standards, including health and safety, hygiene, inclusion and confidentiality.
To lead the planning of safe, creative and appropriate opportunities according to childrens needs and interests to fulfil the requirements of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stages).
To develop and maintain good relationships and communication with parents/carers to facilitate meeting the needs of each child, including organising meetings to update and involve parent/carers in their childs learning.
