Randstad Education is partnering with a leading nursery to find a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager to join their team in East Grinstead.
About the Role:

  • Full-time, term-time only
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Lead with Passion: Guide and inspire your team to deliver high-quality education and care for young children, fostering a joyful, nurturing, and safe learning environment.
  • Support and Grow: Champion the charity's values and provide families with access to additional support programs, such as parenting assistance and counselling.

Your Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care and education.
* Lead and motivate your team to create a positive and stimulating environment that fosters children's growth and development.
* Implement safeguarding procedures and maintain a safe and secure environment for children.
* Communicate effectively with parents and other staff members.
Your Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Childhood Studies (or equivalent) is essential.
  • Proven experience in a senior early years role, managing a room, team, or service within an early years setting.
  • Professional experience of working with children and families.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Deep understanding of child development, safeguarding, and SEN requirements.
