We’re hiring an NPI Development Engineer to play a critical role in the journey from R&D to manufacturing — developing prototypes, refining designs, and making sure products are ready for the real world.

What you’ll be doing:

Turning early-stage concepts into buildable, testable prototypes

*

Working closely with R&D, design, and manufacturing to ensure seamless transitions into production

*

Identifying and resolving production snags, quality issues, and integration challenges

*

Creating documentation and test procedures to support production and validation

*

Contributing ideas to enhance product design, build efficiency, and robustness

*

Coordinating with internal and external teams during the full product lifecycle

What we’re looking for:

*

Experience in product development, NPI, or manufacturing engineering

*

Comfortable working with both mechanical and electronic systems

*

Able to read technical drawings and specs, and spot potential issues before they arise

*

Familiar with working across departments — R&D, design, production, quality, etc.
