NPD Technician/Technologist

Job Description We are seeking a highly driven and motivated NPD Technician/Technologist to join our clients' dynamic New Product Development team. \n\nThe ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and development of new and existing recipes, support product trials, and contribute to research initiatives. \n\nThis role requires a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally within a fast-paced environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n · Work closely with the NPD Manager to develop and refine new and existing recipes.\n· Assist in sourcing and procuring high-quality ingredients for both new and existing product concepts.\n· Conduct research and development on products and raw materials to drive innovation and process improvements.\n· Support the scaling up of kitchen recipes for factory trials, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to production.\n· Undertake competitor benchmarking and market analysis to inform product development decisions.\n· Organise and participate in product tasting sessions, ensuring accurate recording of feedback.\n· Manage and coordinate all sample requests for customer Innovation presentations.\n· Store and document samples from production trials for shelf-life analysis.\n· Ensure all necessary do...
